Service Description

Mini-split System Maintenance includes: Outdoor unit (condenser): - Coil cleaning and rinse - Electrical and safety component inspection Indoor unit(s): - Full disassembly and sanitation of air handling unit with applicable cleaning kit for ceiling, wall or floor mounted air handling units. - Condensate removal system testing and cleaning. Flat rate price includes services for one (1) outdoor unit and one (1) indoor unit. Additional indoor air handling units can be added to appointment for $175 each.
