Full system annual maintenance to include: Outdoor unit (condenser): - Coil Cleaning and rinse with biodegradable agent. - Electrical and safety component inspection. - Refrigerant level check. Indoor unit (evaporator coil): - Coil cleaning and sanitation. - Air handler (furnace) controls and system check. - Condensation removal system cleaning and inspection.
